Persistence Fitness was created through an obsession of progress. I love the feeling of bettering myself from week to week, month to month. Being able to help others with the same obsession reach that feeling is why I got into coaching. Through Persistence Fitness, I look to bring people closer to their goals than ever before and ever again. I look to bring out the best in my athletes and assist them in reaching elite status though dedicated, consistent, scientifically-backed training.

Beyond bettering athletes, I look to use Persistence Fitness to better the world around me. Since the company’s conception, philanthropy has been on the forefront of its mission. I look for ways to improve access to quality foods, access to higher education, and support pitbull rescues.

My name is Ryan Schaub.

I am the founder of Persistence Fitness.

A Very Handsome Company Founder

I have worked with hundreds of Athletes across all levels over my career as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. From Major Leagues to Minor Leagues, from Division I to Division III, from International veterans to High school rookies, my passion lies with working with athletes that want to work. I want to help people that share my obsession with progress and bring them to their peak performance.

Since starting as a Strength and Conditioning Coach back in 2018, I have completely dedicated myself to improving others. I have been fortunate enough to work with multiple Universities, several pro/semi pro athletes, and ventured into high school athletics. I hold multiple certifications such as my CSCS, USAW1, and BFRT1, as well as having my M.S in Exercise Science and my B.S in Sport and Exercise Physiology. Everything I do is backed by scientific research and years of experience in the field.

I believe in being in the trenches with my athletes. I find many coaches lose their competitive edge that got them into this field. I personally train to compete in a variety of events myself; practicing everything I preach and leading by example of what it means to be a competitor.
